If you want to leave a good impression when meeting a potential business partner, make sure to bring a business card with you. Henry always brings a dozen of this plastic business card with him. He is in the plastic business so what better way to impress a potential business partner than to hand over a business card made of plastic.
Henry will be meeting some big individuals who are interested to invest in his business. He is preparing for it well as he wants not only to leave a good impression when they part ways after the meeting but to leave there with a verbal done deal already.

Every end of the month, after paying all the bills, Jenny would take out a portion of what’s left of her money to go to funds for investments. She has allotted funds for it. Right now she is investing on silver bars. She often talks to investments specialists and would take note of their advice. She wants financial stability more than anything else. She came from a poor family. She saw how they suffered from poverty in the past and she doesn’t want that to happen to her ever again.
So when it comes to finances, Jenny is wise. She has three savings account, one of which is solely for her investment targets.
Acoustic night

It began with a fundraiser for the church musical organ. The local community leaders staged a jazz night where they invited jazz musicians for a night of fun and cool music. It was so much fun that they arranged for another night of music the next month. This time around they did a ballad night.
And this is the third one… acoustic night! It will be held tonight and the Vox Amps as well as the other music equipment are not set up and ready.
People will surely start piling in anytime now.
Surprised by the gesture

Robbie and Hannah have been business partners for the past decade and a half. Theirs is a relationship based on mutual trust and confidence. They need not be present to know that they are being honest with each other and are telling the truth.
Hannah was surprised by the gesture of Robbie when they celebrated their 15th year of being business partners. He presented her with an identical titanium partnership ring with the one he has. It is a reminder of their good relationship, according to him. Hannah was touched by the gesture and they made a new pact that they won’t let anything get in the way of their partnership.
Crying while aboard a PUV

I was shameless when hurt. That much I can tell you. There was once a time when a guy broke my heart. I thought he was the one already so when we had to break up, I really cried over it.
That fateful day, I went home with swollen eyes from crying. It was almost nonstop the whole day. I was in the office and while working, the tears wouldn’t stop falling down my cheeks. I remember my co-workers asking each other what happened, why the accountant was crying while doing her work. I couldn’t tell them my heart was broken.
When I went home, I cried while aboard a public utility vehicle. I cried while inside the jeepney! Other passengers were looking at me, one elderly even wanted to ask me what happened but I averted my gaze. I was shameless because I was hurt and broken and I had to cry or I would go crazy from the pain!
Thank goodness I came out of that break up in one piece.
Resigned to her fate.

Lucy is resigned to her fate now. She needs to be confined in the hospital for a period of time so her sleeping problems can be addressed properly. Her parents are worried about her breathing that stops in the middle of sleep. They don’t want to find her in the morning a cold body due to the fact that she stopped breathing and they were not able to do something about it.
For the past week Lucy’s highlight of the day were the hospital carts. It either contains her meds or the food requests that the nurses, who all adore her, bring to her room.
Thank goodness for technology at least Lucy won’t get bored while waiting to be cured.
Beautiful tops

There were a number of rolling racks filled with beautiful tops hanging on each of it. The tops were for the models who did a photo shoot for a local fashion magazine. I saw it because I was there to pick up a friend working for the magazine. I stayed for a while and watched the shoot and was able to be up close to the gorgeous tops I had a glimpse of coming in the studio.
How I wish I have a rack of those tops, too!
Will it or won’t it?

My question is this: is hydroxystim safe? Will it have bad side effects on someone like me who has a lot of allergies and easily get affected by the change in weather? Or will it work for me and once and for all help me lose weight?
I am wary of some products but when I know someone who has tried it and it worked for her, I am more inclined to try the product myself. I just wish this time around the product will work for me and will not have any bad side effects in the long run.
Operational break

The company will be going on an operational break for two months. The company is struggling with the amount of uncollected receivables they have. So instead of making their employees suffer from the lack of funds, the management decided to go on a two-month operational break leaving only a handful of people to man the office. The management already formed a skeletal force and will be getting an answering service at AnsweringServiceAgency.com for the telephone lines.
They are hoping that in those two months they will be able to collect all outstanding receivables, get fresh funding from potential investors, streamline the operations and decide on whether to continue with the new line of product they will embark on or just concentrate for the meantime with what they have.

I am wishing I am in a cafe right now, just reading and not laboring over a project, and drinking coffee, of course. I want to be able to unwind and not worry. Drinking coffee somehow brings me a calmness that I don’t normally have in me. I don’t know if you also experience the same thing when you have a cup of coffee in front of you but that’s how it is with me.
And being in a cafe can also bring me peace. It’s the extension of my home-office. And it’s where I can just stare off in space and let my mind wander…

Back and forth

He loves her. It doesn’t matter if he has to go back and forth to her town outside the city. It doesn’t matter if he has to carry with him stuff and extra cheap motorcycle helmets so she can ride with him on his motorbike. Just for her he will do everything.
He is taking steps so he can relocate in her town. He is willing to leave everything behind for her, just so they can be together once and for all. He wants to see her every single day and be with her all the time! But the distance is making it hard for him to do so. If he relocates, then it wouldn’t be so hard anymore.

Coffee break

Do you know that even if I am no longer in the corporate world I still take regular coffee breaks every single day? I need it to keep my creative juices flowing. I am not one of those people who just drinks coffee for the heck of it. I believe drinking coffee at an early age, and daily at that, makes my system crave it at least a cup a day or three if I have a lot to do.
Caffeine is really addictive and coffee is my choice!
European trip

Two celebrities I follow on Twitter are talking about their dakine backpacks and the backpacking trip they are planning to do for three months… beginning next month! They will explore Europe. They want to go to places that are not too popular with tourists so they can discover new places.
The celebrities are best friends. One is gay, the other a girl. They have been talking about Europe and asking people about the best places to go to. One follower suggested going to the not too popular places so that their backpacking experience will be truly memorable!

Abby changed her Facebook profile picture and when I looked at the photo closely, I can see a yoga mat bag on the floor where she’s standing at. So she’s into yoga, too!
I think every person I know are into yoga these days. Friends and former classmates in high school and college. Even celebrities I follow in Facebook and Twitter are into yoga. I keep thinking I ought to do it, too. Not because of its popularity. But because I also want a change in my lifestyle.

…ghost!
It turned out my cousin was scaring me standing outside my bedroom door wearing a mud mask and looking like she just appeared out of nowhere! I screamed a little and when she started laughing I started attacking her… through tickling!
It’s an old game we play, my cousins and I. We would try to scare each other by hiding in unexpected places to be found covered with anything that will seem scary. I normally wear a white sheet, more like it over my head and hiding my face and body. It always does the trick.
Hahaha!
