Vivian’s company bought a document scanning software they can use to lessen the cost of courier and telefax for them. They have branches in three different countries and the means to send them important documents is to courier it most of the time or to fax it.
This time around, with the software that they bought, all important documents will now be scanned and just sent through a secure email. No more courier costs for the company. And less on telecoms expenses, too.
