Weekend sleep

I haven’t been sleeping well these past few weeks. Working at odd hours is wreaking havoc to my body clock. So during weekends, I make sure I really sleep at night and get as much as 8 hours of it. I put on my most comfortable nightwear, slap on the best night cream I found, and put on mellow music to stimulate deep sleep.
I tell you, it works best for me! Find the right formula for you and see if it works. If it does, don’t change it to set a pattern for your body to follow.
