She’s afraid that her boyfriend will not push through with their plans. Over cups of latte, she told me that they have talked about a wedding come February of this year. It will be a big secret first because they are working for the same company. He’s actually one of her bosses. They cannot tell anyone lest they jeopardize their work. But she wants to tell her friends about it. What’s a wedding that only two of her friends knows about, right?
I understood the guy’s point. What I can’t understand is the fact that he told her that they couldn’t tell his parents yet. WTF?!? His parents are not from work! He said that his mom might tell friends and it could eventually lead to their discovery in the office. Lame! There’s something very wrong with the guy, if you ask me. He wouldn’t even tell his friends. It makes me think that he might be involved with someone else in his city that’s why he’s keeping his relationship with her under wraps.
She doesn’t deserve this. All she’s ever wanted in life is a family of her own. People who will love her no matter what. Unlike her parents who love other people more than her. And then to find a guy with doubtful intentions…
