Face it head on

A friend of mine got into legal trouble a couple of years ago. She is the type of person who easily gets depressed. So when I heard about it through her mom, I immediately contacted her and told her about a common friend we have who’s an Oklahoma attorney. She was crying then but I could hear the hope in her voice.
There is hope for those who seek it. Instead of breaking down or running away from a problem, I suggest you face it head on! It’s easier said than done, I know. In fact, I’ve done some running from problems in the past. So I knew that running will only make the problem seem larger than it actually is. Give yourself some time and when you feel like you can already face it, do so. Do not let it sit around and fester. Find the root cause and then cut it from there.
