Property love

A friend called me up offering to sell their motorhome with a motorhome warranty already. Unfortunately, they need the money because of a family emergency and they are selling their motorhome along with its warranty.
There was an instance in the past when we had to sell our car as well as some properties to fund my brother’s chemotherapy sessions. Even our family business went bankrupt because my dad took the capital to be used for the chemo.
I believe that no matter how much you love any property of yours, when it comes to a love one, you could part with it easily. Anyway, there might come a time that you can get the same property back. But the love one you might have lost had you hold on to the property can never come back once gone.
