Looking up

Every Sunday, I make sure to plant in my mind that everything’s looking up in the week ahead. Positive things. Everything. I want to psyche myself up for a good week. I don’t like anything negative to creep in and ruin the start of the week for me. Sunday’s always been the start of a new week for me and well, I make sure I start it right.
You know what they say, mind over matter. And it always help to exert some effort in looking at things in a positive way.
