Live simply… can you?

There’s something about the rush hour that depresses me. It’s like, why am I doing this to myself? Can’t I really live without the need to rush to things?
Sometimes, I am left thinking why other people can live simply and I can’t? Some people can live without computers and internet. I know it’s archaic but how come they can? I watched an episode of a Travel and Living show where the host visited a woman who’s now living in a community off the coast of a country. She opted to live life the way one should: no rush, enjoying walks and every meal, talking to neighbors, enjoying nature… While watching the show, I realized that hey, if she can live like that, I can, too. We all can.
When was the last time you stopped and chatted with a neighbor? Or walked the dog around the ‘hood? Consider that.
