Squeeze for tension

I bought a squeeze ball yesterday. I feel stress on my right hand and I wanted something to squeeze to relieve the tension. I had one before but the little one at home busted it. Luckily, we went to the bookstore yesterday and I saw one. I’ve been squeezing it every now and then and my right hand feels great again.
