Have grown enormously large!

It’s only when I try on new clothes that I realize just how big I have gotten over the past three years. I’ve binged on food because I can now afford to. And since I am working on my own schedule, I have managed to kill whatever form of exercise I had when I was still working on a 9 to 5 shift! My sister kept ribbing me about now being the time to get those appetite suppressant pills a relative was pitching in last month. And I do believe it’s time.
I saw myself in a wide mirror this afternoon. Scared the hell out of me! I didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me. I have grown enormously large over the past three years and more so in the past six months! I have let myself go to waste thinking people don’t need to see me slim because I am comfortable with my own body.
Now I am regretting ever being that confident!
