Too full for comfort

I had dinner last Saturday night with the whole family. As usual, when every one is present, we end up ordering and eating more than we usually do. We even had a cup of coffee each after dinner. But we still went home feeling too full for comfort. My sister was kidding me that with the volume of food I ingested, even the top diet pills will have a hard time getting the additional gain out of me. I actually believed my sister’s joke
