Stress of the exams

My cousin is in need of a treatment for acne. His acne got worse for some reason. I know that when I saw him the last time, his face was already getting clearer. But when I saw him again, I knew he needs a stronger medication. Or a more aggressive cleaning. I told him that I will help him. I think it was the stress of the coming board exams that made it worse.
