Love affair with books

I am not a big spender. I normally spend much on food, travel and books. Yes, books eat a chunk of my savings when I am in the mood to buy books on my list. My family and friends know my love affair with the written word. In fact, on my last birthday, Amazon books arrived from my friend, Lyn. She knows the books that I like so I got some that are on my list. I appreciate this kind of gift. And everyone knows it.
