Sweat it!

You need not be overweight to exercise. Everyone should do it regularly. For health reasons, for the most part. I have been remiss in doing my regular exercises but will be doing it once again. I hate being sluggish all the time and I know that the lack of energy is not only coming from lack of sleep but also lack of exercise on my part.

I love brisk walking. Dancing and body combat. Exercise is composed of those three for me. I use the Elliptical for my brisk walking. Or when the weather’s good, I walk around the street. I have DVDs of body jam (dancing) and body combat. I love these two exercises because you are doing it while having fun. But I love the elliptical more because I don’t go out of the house unless necessary. The elliptical makes me walk and run. I love that!
