Moving for the baby

My cousins are moving to another city. They decided to move for their baby. The place they are living in right now has become a troublesome neighborhood. Just the other night, they heard a commotion near their house. It was a group of men who are arguing about something. My cousin got really scared that it might become a full-blown fight so she took her baby and they locked themselves in one of the farthest rooms of the house. She, then, called the police to inform them of the commotion.
