Inappropriate words in a song

My sisters and I were having lunch at a restaurant at the mall last Saturday. There was a family at the next table. A woman with her two sons. The youngest looked to be around 3 or 4 years old. He was playing PSP. My sisters and I were talking about work when I heard a young voice singing. It was the kid playing PSP. Do you know what he’s singing? Birthday Sex! It’s by that Jeremiah guy.
I don’t know what the song is all about. But the little kid mouthing the lyrics to that song and raising his voice when it came to the chorus (birthday sex! birthday sex!)… The little boy does not even know what sex means yet. But he’s mouthing the words like he knows it by heart.
I don’t know with you but it disturbed me. There are too many songs right now that contain inappropriate words. No problem with the adults singing it or hearing the lyrics. But with the kids…
