Love for old music

Once upon a time, I was extremely drawn to old music. ’20s and ’50s music, specifically. There’s a local station that played songs from these era and I would really stay up and wait for the program to start around 11PM and would end around 4AM. It was one of those crazy periods of my life. I spent it with an equally crazy friend of mine whom I can no longer call one. Got that last part? 
Anyway, it’s unfortunate that the radio program was cancelled after years on the air. I was not sure if the gracious old lady who hosted the program is still around. I tried tuning in several times in the past and the program’s definitely off the air already. Sad. It would have been a great way to reintroduce old music to the younger generation.
