Sit down and write a letter to yourself. You can say what you appreciate about yourself, and you can say words of encouragement for things you’ve failed at. No letting yourself down!
Sometimes, we just need a boost to jumpstart something positive to happen to our lives. And it could start from the very person we least expect it to come from… us! There is nothing wrong to feeling down and out from time to time. As long as we are actually learning from the mistakes we’ve made and are moving forward with our lives.
Be positive. Stay positive.
