Personal time: Soothe tired eyes

Take a moment to look up at the sky. This will soothe tired eyes. If you are in an enclosed space, you can look at anything colored with a restful shade of blue or green and it will have the same effect. If it is evening time, try to spot as many stars as you can.
More than anything else, this can also be a time for us to remember to breathe deeply and savor the moment.
