Getting more positive vibes

I have a very bad attitude… putting off doing things. Tasks that I can do now will be put off later, until the later becomes tomorrow. Worse, tomorrow becomes for the weekend! :(
Believe me, I try really hard to curb this bad attitude. There are weeks where I feel so much energy I do things earlier than the deadline. But then weeks will follow when I will go back to my old habit. Sigh. I am reevaluating things right now and have come up with a conclusion. This laziness comes from my lack of regular exercise. Instead of feeling energetic every day, I feel sluggish all the time, thus affecting my working habits.

My brother is encouraging me to go for weekend walks at a popular park here in the city. I will be buying my running shoes on Monday. And we will go for walks after the evening news and on weekends at the park. This weekend, I will try to get more positive vibes. The family will be going to the beach for some R&R.

Plus! I will cut back on my sodas and will be back to two cups of coffee a day! Hopefully, my hyperacidity problems will balance out.

    Hi! I think making puyat also contributes to hyperacidity. Every time I wake up in the wee hours of the morning and staying… acid really grumbles from my stomach coming up lining towards my heart. It is an awful feeling.

    Same here. I love to procrastinate. I know it is a VERY bad attitude. I have to get rid of it now.
    I have bad acidity too. It makes me weak. Ugh! Need to limit coffee now.
