She loves floral arrangements. Do you know those spring arrangements by Martha Stewart? She loves those! A common friend sent her one and it really made her day. Her lackluster smile became brighter. Flowers do that to people. It somehow affects people in a positive way. Especially those who are sick. Or deeply troubled. Like her.
Martha Stewart is actually an avid gardener and floral designer. She knows what looks good and what will make a recipient of a floral arrangement smile. That’s why there are floral arrangements inspired by her. If my mom is still alive, I know she would have liked one. Especially this coming Mother’s Day. When she was still alive, we gave her gifts and flowers on that special day reserved for mothers all over the world. It is our own way of telling her that we appreciated everything she did for us.
