Should be clean

My sister has this thing for faucets. Whenever she sees one even a tad bit dirty, she doesn’t want to open that one. She feels like the tool where clean water should come out from should be clean in the first place. Which is correct. Although how she sees little things is beyond me really. I guess there are people like her who are very meticulous in things.
