I am a sucker for romance stories. I started reading romance novels back in second year high. I remember my very first novel, Beloved Intruder. The main man is Firewalker and he was the first romance novel hero I fell in love with. There has been so many ever since.
One of my favorite romance novels of all time is Paradise by Judith McNaught. The main characters are Meredith Bancroft and Matt Farrell. It is about a poor guy who fell in love with the rich girl but then the latter’s father made everything possible to break them apart. He succeeded. Years later, they met again. Now, Matt is so much more richer than Meredith. She’s in the brink of losing her company and he came to rescue her. And not only that, they found out that Meredith’s father was the culprit behind their breakup. Guess you now know how the story ends? They realized they still love each other and ended up living happily ever after.
Just last night, I read a Harlequin book, Bedded and Wedded for Revenge. Cheesy title but the story is good. And short. I enjoyed reading it.
Do you know that in my more than 50 ebooks in my smartphone, almost half of it are romance novels or a book that has a love story in it? Oh yeah, I am a sucker for romance indeed!
