Good colleagues

I met with a couple of old colleagues last week. They were telling me that this is the best time to buy up commercial real estate properties. With so many business closing, prices of real estate properties are down. A boss of one of my colleagues is buying up a commercial complex in his province. The tenants closed their businesses because of the crisis and the owner just wanted to sell it.
I love talking to these people whenever possible. I may not be updating myself with the industry, but they make it a point to update me on what’s happening around. If there is a new ruling that I need to know, they will email me about it. Am I lucky to have colleagues like them or what?
